Utilising the best neurodiversity-affirming approach, we empower minds by celebrating diversity and strengths, encourage authenticity in our regulation and enabling communication to create a nurturing community. We provide holistic evidence-based therapy, professional and family workshops and work with neurodivergent people online, in-person, individually and in groups.
Claire Britton is a neurodivergent occupational therapist who has almost 10 years of clinical experience supporting people do daily activities. She is a proud neurodivergent person, advocate and mum who has presented at several national conferences including the National Occupational Therapy Conference in 2024 & 2025 and is a guest speaker on several podcasts including ADHD Mums.
