What are the costs for services?

We charge for:

  • Direct services (face to face) – such as assessments, meetings, therapy sessions, workshops and training

  • Indirect services (non-face to face) – such as writing assessment reports, resource creation, letters of recommendations, developing programs, phone calls, telehealth, email communication and session planning

  • Travel – this includes both the time and kilometres spent travelling to and from appointments

  • Late cancellations – you will be charged full the cost of your appointment (including travel) if it is cancelled within two business days’ notice.

Clinical services rate is:

Time spent by our clinicians is billed at the NDIS hourly rate of:

  • Occupational Therapists & Speech Pathologists – $193.99 per hour

  • Physiotherapists – $224.62 per hour

For services that we charge at an hourly rate, the NDIS requires us to report and claim funds in hour terms, not in minute terms. We round to the nearest two decimal places when converting minutes to hours for claims purposes. For example, 1 hour and 20 minutes would be reported and claimed as 1.33 hours.

In line with the NDIS price guidelines, Neuroinclusion will charge for travel as follows.

  1. Travel to participant: Maximum of 30 minutes of time at the hourly rate for the relevant support item in MMM1-3 geographical areas and a maximum of 60 minutes of time in MMM4-5 geographical areas.

  2. Travel from participant: Maximum of 30 minutes for time spent travelling from their last participant to their usual place of work at the hourly rate for the relevant support item in MMM1-3 geographical areas and a maximum of 60 minutes of time in MMM4-5 geographical areas.

  3. If a worker provides services to more than one participant at a site, travel costs may be split between the participants.

Workshops and training services rate is:
